My name is Olalekan OA Akinyele, popularly known for many years as Lexain.

I am the Multi-Hyphenate One and advocate for creatives.

Chief Operating Officer of the JT Agency (one of Africa’s fastest growing visual storytelling agencies) in Abuja, a student of history, an observer of human behaviour, and an apostle of Human-Centered Design.

I believe that design can solve most of the world’s problems.

When I am not too busy, I teach young creatives, designers, and entrepreneurs about the application of design to help improve the quality of their work, career, life, and society through a capacity-building platform called Think Like A Designer. I also help startups and small businesses with product design, product marketing, and growth strategies through Xaine Ingenius.

I am a trained sneaker designer, a shoemaker who is in love with product design, product management, product marketing, leather works, sports branding, technology, traveling, and entertainment.

I have been privileged to build an award-winning and well-published communication art and design career at several creative agencies.

I love to teach.

I have three great kids from a wonderful woman.
