My name is Olalekan OA Akinyele, porpularly known for many years as Lexain.

I am a multiple award-winning multidisciplinary creative, designer, and advocate for creatives.

Creative Director of 7even Interactive (one of the growing advertising agencies) in Lagos, a student of history, an observer of human behaviour, and an apostle of Human-Centered Design.

I believe that design can solve most of the world’s problems.

Over the weekend when I am not too busy, I teach young creatives, designers, and entrepreneurs about the application of design to help improve the quality of their work, career, life, and society through a capacity-building platform called Think Like A Designer. I also help startups and small businesses with product design, product marketing, and growth strategies through Xaine Ingenius.

I am a trained sneaker designer, a shoemaker that is in love with product design, product management, product marketing, leather works, sports branding, technology, traveling, and entertainment.

I have been privileged to build an award-winning and well-published communication art and design career at several creative agencies.

I love to teach.

I have two great kids from a wonderful woman.
